I found an example of a Bipolar Stepper Motor.
It's called the "3D Pronted Stepper Motor"
It is designed  with eight electromagnets, six neodymium magnets, with a 3d printed rotor and stator housing.
Also, it is designed  to run on a 5-12VDC power supply so it will work with most USB power supplies.

Sir. I found an example of a bipolar stepper motor and it is Scalable Panto Plotter. This design should allow to scale the 1.5in × 1.5in (4cm) work area of the stepper assemblies to at least 6in × 6in or larger.

it is commonly used for a robotic projects, just like in the COET project exhibit last last year they produce a robotic arm. it uses a bipolar stepper motor to move the the arm of the robot.

A toy car uses a dc motor but you can also use stepper motor if you want to have your own motor with an Transmitter and Receiver remote controler.
